Operating Principle

The semi-automatic clipping machine Type 60KM-B closes standing bags with high precision and reliability. To ensure particularly gentle handling of the product, the bags are first filled manually and then placed onto the conveyor belt. The belt transports the bags in a controlled manner to the clipper, where each bag stops exactly below the closing unit. Only once the correct position is reached is the bag securely closed with a clip.

After clipping, the bag is gently conveyed onward and transferred directly to the packing table.

This process guarantees careful handling of the product throughout the entire operation – both before and after the closing process – without drop heights or unnecessary mechanical stress.
