Operating Principle

The semi-automatic clipping machine, model 60KM, closes bags precisely and reliably. To ensure especially gentle handling of the product, the bags are first filled manually and then manually placed into the chute. This chute is preset to the respective bag size. A sensor detects the bag and triggers the clipping process. The bag subsequently slides along the guide channel and is ideally transferred onto a discharge conveyor belt or a rotary table.

This completes one clipping cycle, and the next bag can be presented. In this way, continuous and careful handling of the product is ensured – both before and after the closing process – without drop heights or unnecessary mechanical stress.
