The Kremes Foundation – History & Milstones
Kremers Verpackungsmaschinen was founded in the year 2000 by Michael Kremers.
Kremers Verpackungsmaschinen was founded in the year 2000 by Michael Kremers. With his technical expertise and entrepreneurial spirit, he began in a small workshop dedicated to the refurbishment and servicing of packaging equipment for trusted partners. From this courageous idea, an impressive company grew over the years.
As the business expanded, Kremers became known for honest craftsmanship, flexibility, and reliable, tailor-made solutions for packaging and production lines. Through continuous dedication and innovation, the company established itself as a respected provider of specialized machinery.
Over time, Michael’s son Florian Kremers joined the family business. Step by step, he learned the craft from his father and became an increasingly valuable and reliable figure within the company. With fresh ideas and a modern outlook, Florian helped to significantly shape the company’s trajectory. The product portfolio expanded to new technologies aligned with contemporary industry needs, and with these state-of-the-art machines, Kremers Verpackungsmaschinen strengthened its position on the market as a dependable supplier and partner.
The Founder
Michael Kremers, founder, owner, and managing director of Kremers Verpackungsmaschinen, established the company in 2000. Guided by strong entrepreneurial drive and a deep passion for technology, he set out with the vision of supporting customers with honesty, close cooperation, and dependable service.
To this day, he remains true to these core principles. A culture of appreciation, loyalty, and humanity defines the company — in its relationships with customers and partners, as well as in the daily collaboration within the team.
Florian Kremers is a worthy successor to his father’s vision. He upholds the same core values — loyalty, strong relationships with customers and business partners, and sincere appreciation for the entire team.
The Next Generation
Florian Kremers represents the next generation of the company. From an early age, he was fascinated by technology and spent countless hours at his father’s side in the workshop. He knows every screw ever installed and approaches his work with genuine passion and determination.
In 2015, Florian became a partner and managing director of Kremers Verpackungsmaschinen. Since then, he has brought fresh inspiration and innovative technologies into the company, playing a key role in successfully expanding the product portfolio.
In 2015, Florian Kremers was appointed Managing Director. This marked the beginning of a strong partnership between father and son—one that ensured the company’s long-term future.
Today, 25 years after its founding, the company continues to evolve. Kremers Verpackungsmaschinen is prepared for the next generation to lead the business forward. Florian Kremers stands as the worthy successor to his father Michael, determined to guide the company toward becoming a global player—working strategically, honestly, and with unwavering dedication to its customers.
