Operating Principle
The machine automatically aligns pre-made bags, opens their top, and positions them precisely at the product transfer point. After filling, the bag is securely and reliably sealed with a clip, ensuring a stable and consistent process.
Filling can be carried out manually, semi-automatically, or fully automatically. The Clippac 30D is compatible with all types of dosing systems and can be easily synchronized with them. Thanks to the low drop height of the product, the machine is particularly well suited for packaging fragile goods.
A wide variety of bag types and closure systems allows for highly customized packaging solutions, giving products a strong level of differentiation in the market.

Thanks to its design—and particularly following comprehensive refurbishment—the Thürlings Clippac 30D is ideally suited for packaging bulk materials, free-flowing products, solid items up to several centimeters in size, as well as viscous media.
